Text Box: Bird Walks & Events (Flight)
Text Box: One Sunday each month from October through April, Rich leads bird walks at various local bird watching hot spots. Our next walk will be on Sunday, February 19th. We will meet at the store at 7:30 am and head to the Golden Aster Scrub Preserve.
The walks are always in the morning and are finished by about 11:00 am. All levels of bird watchers are welcome, as the experienced folks help the beginners locate and identify birds. The only items you need are binoculars and comfy shoes.
Children who are old enough to want to watch birds quietly and stay with the group are welcome. (Youngsters who are rambunctious and run ahead of the group wind up scaring away the birds before everyone can see them.)
We meet at Rich’s Backyard Birds and car pool from here.
Anyone interested should ask Rich to add them the Walk Email List to receive notification of our upcoming walks. Send Rich an email at Rich@RichsBackyardBirds.com or better yet, stop by the store.
